Omelette.

Makes 2 large omelettes



Ingredients

5 large eggs
50ml milk
75g cheese
5 slices ham
Lettuce
Olive oil
Salt and pepper



Whisk the eggs with the milk.
Grate the cheese.
Chop up the ham.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan on medium.


Pour in half of the egg mixture, push it into the centre of the pan until no more egg mixture runs into the gap. 
Sprinkle toppings such as ham and cheese, then keep cooking until the underside of the omelette is a lovely golden colour and the top has cooked through.
Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Fold in half and then slide onto a plate.
