Pizza on Toast.

Ingredients Bread Tomato passata Cheese grated Toppings like pineapple and pepperami. Salt and pepper Lightly toast the bread, spread with passata as if it were butter, pop some cheese and toppings on, season (taste your cheese to see how salty it is and adjust seasoning) then grill until the cheese is melted. Omelette.

Makes 2 large omelettes Ingredients 5 large eggs 50ml milk 75g cheese 5 slices ham Lettuce Olive oil Salt and pepper Whisk the eggs with the milk. Grate the cheese. Chop up the ham. Heat olive oil in a frying pan on medium. Pour in half of the egg mixture, push it into the centre of the pan until no more egg mixture runs into the gap.  Sprinkle toppings such as ham and cheese, then keep cooking until the underside of the omelette is a lovely golden colour and the top has cooked through. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Fold in half and then slide onto a plate. Donate to help me make more recipes.

French toast (eggy bread).

Serves 4 Ingredients 3 eggs 100ml milk 4 slices of bread Large pack of Tenderstem broccoli Salt and pepper Olive oil Salted butter Mix 3 eggs, 100ml milk, salt and pepper into a shallow dish. Soak 4 slices of your favourite bread then fry on both sides until golden. Meanwhile in a seperate pan heat olive oil and fry the broccoli with a little butter, season and stir then plate up.   Donate to help me make more recipes.

Prawn sandwiches.

Serves 1 - unless you buy more! Ingredients Sandwich thins Cottage cheese 6 Cooked king prawns Cucumber Dill Chives Salt and pepper Extra: Roll mops Lightly toast the bread, pop on some cottage cheese, prawns, thinly sliced cucumber and dried dill, add salt and pepper to taste.  This is a very mild dish, a rollmop helps to give a flavour contrast. Salmon on toast with asparagus.

Ingredients Small tin of salmon  Small bunch of asparagus Bread Butter Salt and pepper Mash the salmon into the juice it came with in the tin.  Toast the bread. Fry the asparagus in olive oil and a little butter for a delicious caremalised top.  Pop the salmon onto the toast and plate up with the asparagus. Season both with salt and pepper. Leftover rice and veg.

Serves 1 Ingredients Leftover rice refrigerated Leftover veg such as carrots and broccoli Garlic clove chopped small 1cm Ginger chopped small 1 egg Soy sauce Olive oil Chop up the veggies, heat oil in pan, stir fry the egg a little bit until it is nearly cooked, add garlic and ginger add day old rice and fluff up in the pan, add veggies fry until it's piping hot, then add some soy sauce, salt and pepper for seasoning.   Donate to help me make more recipes.
