Salmon on toast with asparagus.
Ingredients
Small tin of salmon
Small bunch of asparagus
Bread
Butter
Salt and pepper
Mash the salmon into the juice it came with in the tin.
Toast the bread.
Fry the asparagus in olive oil and a little butter for a delicious caremalised top.
Pop the salmon onto the toast and plate up with the asparagus. Season both with salt and pepper.
