Pizza on Toast.


Ingredients

Bread
Tomato passata
Cheese grated
Toppings like pineapple and pepperami.
Salt and pepper


Lightly toast the bread, spread with passata as if it were butter, pop some cheese and toppings on, season (taste your cheese to see how salty it is and adjust seasoning) then grill until the cheese is melted.
